I’m Jas, and welcome to Jambafalaya, the place where my passions meet my home. As a Louisiana native, I have always been spellbound by the natural beauty and artistic history of our state.

We’re the melting pot of the melting pot; that spot in the gumbo that has just the right amount of every ingredient. Louisiana is the perfect bite of so many cultures who make this a place that they could live freely and celebrate what is important to them. I want to add my own art into this tradition, to honor the people who shaped this place before me.

I want to craft an image of Louisiana that we can all see ourselves in. A Louisiana that is all-accepting, inclusive, and celebrates every piece that makes this swamp magical to me.
